She was super friendly and wanted me to taste the coffee she had made then and there to make sure I liked it, which is real customer service! “ Met an old friend there for coffee. The coffee and biscotti were very good and the ahhhmbience was very nice. Going back soon . . Well it wasn't too soon but had an appt. at Subaru Dealer for service and we walked over to grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The attendants were bright, cheerful and smiling. I noticed they custom roasted their coffee and as a coffee roaster myself for three years I was looking forward to the cup. One sip and I knew they had roasted it well past the 2nd cracks and stopped somewhere just before the beans burst into flames. Starbucks, Dutch Brothers all do the same thing this gives the coffee has a very smokey charred flavor that stands up well to the syrups, creams and whipped topping. The sammiches were good, nice little spot. ”
